Pillow Covers

Just before I started working I came up with one last project to keep me occupied.  I made some pillow covers for our new couch for our new place.  I haven't worked a sewing machine in a long time but somehow I worked it out.

Nearing months End

So January is coming to a close and still no sign or even whiff of a job.  It's a little depressing. I've sent out 1-3 resumes a day for the past 3 weeks and have heard back from ONE as a definite No. I would have hoped an e-mail or a msg in return from a little more than that.    Come on people I'm MORE than qualified for most of the positions, just give me a bloody chance to talk to you and prove it!
Up next another day of trying to beat heat stroke and rejection.  Hurray! 

Puppy Love

S.V. Is taking care of her brothers house while they're on vacation and she brought Maverick the Weimaraner over so he wouldn't be alone. He's honestly one of the biggest sucks you'll ever meet.  For such a big slobbery dog he acts like a whiny 2 year old. Missy the V's dog is a Red Heeler X (Mutt) and is much smaller than Mav so she was very cautious of him. Pretty funny to watch the two together.
